This month we launched KonfiNest, our automatic nesting engine that lays out your production sheets for you. Alongside it: a cleaner catalog experience, built-in analytics, and a major speed upgrade across the entire platform.
KonfiNest — Automatic Nesting
KonfiNest takes the panels from your print-ready files and arranges them onto production sheets automatically:
- Less fabric waste — panels are packed efficiently to make the most of every sheet
- Your choice of speed vs. optimization — pick Fast, Balanced, or Thorough depending on the job
- Production-ready output — nest sheets include rulers and size measurements for accurate cutting
- Ready-print PDFs — files come out ready for your printer, with support for vendor color profiles for accurate, consistent color
- Roster-aware — player names and numbers stay correctly placed on every panel
What used to take an experienced operator real time per order now happens automatically — with results you can review before anything goes to print.
