Watch training courses, resume where you left off, use chapters and transcripts, and see completion per member.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Home → Academy. The dashboard also shows You've completed X of Y lessons.
What it does
Courses are short video lessons that walk through the app (setting up a product, configuring print zones, handling quotes, production files). The Academy is for your team; this help center is the written reference — lessons link to the matching articles.
- Resume picks up the last lesson you watched.
- Each lesson has Chapters (jump in the video), a searchable Transcript and Resources (downloads, linked articles).
- Up next auto-plays the following lesson; cancel to stop.
- Progress is tracked per member — each person sees their own completion; the dashboard stat sums it up.
Some lessons show a Locked badge — they require an active subscription; the trial unlocks them.
Common questions
A lesson says "still being processed". It was just published; the video is being transcoded. Check back in a few minutes.
Can I add our own training videos? Not yet. Share your own material with the team through the Resources of a related course by asking support, or keep it in your own tools.
