Open Integrations↗Where to find it
Settings → Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce card. Requires a Pro plan and a WordPress site with WooCommerce active, HTTPS and the REST API reachable.
Connect — with the plugin (recommended)
- On the WooCommerce card click Download plugin. The zip is generated for your workspace (it carries a one-time pairing token — don't reuse an old zip).
- In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the zip and Activate.
- The plugin creates its own REST API keys and pairs with Konfiwear automatically. Back in Konfiwear the card shows Connected with the store name, and an initial sync runs: your linked Konfiwear products are pushed and the WooCommerce catalog is pulled.
- The plugin also adds a Customize button, a tiered price table and the 3D viewer on single-product pages of linked products — no theme edits.
Connect — manually (fallback)
Use this only if your host blocks plugin uploads.
- In WordPress: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key, permissions Read/Write. Copy the
ck_… and cs_… keys. - In Konfiwear click Connect manually, enter the store URL and both keys.
- Paste the provided
<script> snippet into your theme footer and create the bridge file as shown in the dialog (it captures the customizer's cart parameters into the order).
Link products
Open a Konfiwear product → Overview → WooCommerce mapping card → Link and pick the WooCommerce product (and variation if any). Linked products show a WC badge in the products list. Use Re-sync on the integration card if the picker is empty.
Cart & orders
- Set Settings → Global → Call to action → Mode = Cart. The storefront's button adds the configured item to the WooCommerce cart and redirects to it; price, size quantities and the design reference travel with the line item.
- Every WooCommerce order containing a Konfiwear line creates a quote in Leads → Quotes with a WooCommerce badge and the order number.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Check |
|---|
| "Could not reach REST API" | /wp-json/ must return JSON. Permalinks ≠ Plain; disable "Disable REST API" security plugins; some hosts cache REST routes |
| 401 on connect | Key permissions must be Read/Write; regenerate keys |
| Add to cart does nothing | CTA mode is not Cart, or the product is not linked |
| Order created but no quote | Webhooks blocked by a firewall; click Re-register webhooks on the card |
| Old widget after update | Update the Konfiwear plugin in WordPress; it cache-busts the storefront script |
