Leads → Saved designs. Grid or table view; search by name or contact; filter by status.
When a customer clicks Save for later in the storefront they enter their email and receive a resume link. The design appears here with the contact, the product/design, the total at the time, how many times the link was opened, and a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Link valid; customer can still resume |
| Converted | Turned into a quote (by them submitting, or by you) |
| Expired | Past the expiry set in Settings → Global → Save for later (default 30 days) |
| Deleted | Removed by your team |
| Action | Use |
|---|---|
| View details | Preview, contact, configuration summary, open-count timeline |
| Convert to quote | Creates a quote with the saved configuration and contact; the design becomes Converted |
| Copy link | The customer's resume link — paste into your own follow-up email |
| Resend link | Sends the Design saved email again (resets nothing) |
| Rename | Internal label |
| Delete | Hides it; the customer's link stops working |
The customer says the link is expired. Raise Link expiry (days) in Settings → Global, then Resend link — a new link with the new expiry is sent.
Saved designs are not appearing. The Save design feature is off (Settings → Features) or the storefront CTA has no Save for later secondary action (Settings → Global).
