Leads → Uploaded graphics.
A searchable table of every graphic that entered your storefront: customer uploads, AI-generated images and AI-vectorized SVGs. Columns: preview, filename, format, source, zone, quote number, product, uploader email, date, flag. Filter by format, flagged only, or date range; click a row for a full-size preview with metadata.
Uploads are accepted or rejected at upload time by your Upload settings and zone constraints (format, size, minimum DPI). This page is for what got through: checking it before production and moderating content.
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Preview | Full-size view; for converted AI/EPS/PDF files, download the original as well as the SVG used on canvas |
| Flag | Marks the row for review (e.g. trademark, offensive content, unprintable). Flags are visible to your team only |
| Delete | Soft-removes the graphic from the list. Quotes that already reference it keep their snapshot, so history and print files are intact |
Can I replace a customer's low-quality logo with a better file? Yes, from the storefront: open the quote → Open in customizer, use Replace on the graphic, and submit — this creates a new revision of the quote.
Deleted graphic still appears on the quote. Expected: quotes keep their snapshot so production is never broken by moderation.
Why do I see AI graphics I never generated? Customers can generate graphics in the storefront when AI graphic generation is enabled in Settings → Features (it consumes your credits). Turn it off if you don't want that.
