Settings → Settings → Print. Pro plan. Changes apply to newly generated print files — regenerate an existing quote to apply them.
On: eligible quotes start print-file generation in the background right after submission (consumes credits per job). Off: generate manually from the quote or Production.
Reference output size, default 60 × 60 cm: the square every design is composed into before per-size measurements scale the panels. Size patterns control cut geometry, not this value. Real garment dimensions come from the measurements on each product size; your roll width is set per nest job in KonfiNest. See Print measurements.
Upload your factory's .icc / .icm (max 12 MB). It is used to convert designs to print-ready CMYK and embedded as the PDF/X-4 output intent in KonfiNest Ready-Print PDFs. Without it a bundled offset profile is used — textile presses should always upload their own.
Name of the spot color on the cut path. Preset CutContour is the Roland / Mimaki / Summa convention; type a custom name if your RIP expects another. Stroke width is fixed at 0.25 pt.
Template for generated file names using tokens such as {quote}, {product}, {size}, {panel}, {date}. The preview shows the result; unknown tokens are rejected.
Pattern for the production part number built from category, customer and a serial, e.g. {category}-{customer}-{serial}. Printed on panels and used to identify the order on the cutting table.
Print the part number as small text on every panel, just inside the cut line so it hides in the seam. Options: font size, inset from the cut line, and contrast — automatic (white on dark, black on light, boxed on stripes), always black, always white, or black on a white box.
Compact packs panels into a near-square page with 10 mm gaps (smaller files). Pattern layout keeps panels where the product pattern places them (may include empty areas, matches your pattern sheet).
Named snapshots of ICC + cut contour + filename defaults. New nest jobs copy the default profile; finished PDFs keep the snapshot they were made with, so changing a profile never alters delivered files.
Colors print dull / shifted. Upload the ICC profile of your actual press and paper/fabric combination. Regenerate the files.
The RIP doesn't detect the cut line. The spot color name must match exactly what the RIP expects (case-sensitive). Ask the printer; change the preset or custom name here.
Files have huge empty areas. Switch Panel layout to Compact, or use KonfiNest nesting in Production.
