The quote detail page
Every section of a quote: customization, sizing and roster editing, notes and addresses, tech pack, KonfiNest, revisions, history, preview and print files.
Where to find it
Leads → Quotes → click a quote number.
Header and banner
Quote number (QR-2026-0042; ask support to change the QR prefix), status badge, Change status, and Open in customizer which reopens the exact configuration in the storefront so you or the customer can edit it. The banner shows total, quantity, source (Customizer, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Manual, Mockup), created date and event date.
Tabs
Customization
Product, design, fabric and pattern with thumbnails; the color per zone; texts (names, numbers); and every graphic placed, zone by zone, with the hosted file and the original upload (AI/EPS/PDF) for download.
Sizing
Two modes, depending on how the customer ordered:
- Aggregate — a row per size with a quantity.
- Roster — a row per player: name, number, size.
Click Edit, change rows (add size / add row / remove), Save. Saving recalculates the price from the current catalog (tiers, surcharges, VAT) and stores the result as a new revision. Editing is blocked once the quote is In production or later.
Tech pack

Revisions
Table of all revisions with their state (Active, Superseded…) and note. See Revisions.
History
Timeline of status changes: from → to, who, when, note, whether the customer email went out.
Notes (under every tab)
Customer notes from the form, shipping / billing address, delivery method (standard, express, pickup), rush flag, event date, and your internal notes (never shown to the customer; editable any time).

Revision mismatch
If print files were generated for an older revision, a banner says so. Regenerate before sending anything to the factory.
Common questions
The total on the quote differs from what the storefront showed. The storefront shows an estimate; the quote stores the breakdown at submission. If you edited sizing afterwards, the price was recalculated with today's catalog prices.
Can the customer see internal notes? No. Only customer notes (written by them) and the documents you send.
Delete a quote. Row menu → Delete (or select several → Delete selected). Deletion is permanent; uploaded graphics and saved designs are kept.
