There’s something about FESPA’s opening day that feels electric. The hum of machinery, the chatter of layered tech jargon in five different languages, and a wave of anticipation that pulses through Messe Berlin’s vast halls. On one side: legacy vendors with decades of screen printing behind them. On the other: software firms reshaping how that printing happens.
In the middle of it all? Konfiwear, fully geared up, stand set, and ready to show custom sportswear manufacturers what modern customization really looks like.
But we weren’t just at FESPA to talk about the future. We were there to demo it live.
Why FESPA Berlin 2025 Mattered
This wasn’t just another trade show. FESPA Berlin 2025 drew over 14,000 visitors from more than 130 countries
Source: FESPA AssociationAnd the focus was crystal clear: speed, scalability, and smarter workflow tools for garment production.
Across the halls, buzzwords flew—AI-driven workflow, zero-waste production, microfactories. But behind the glossy brochures, many manufacturers were still stuck in the same loop: too much manual back-and-forth, disconnected software, and unpredictable production prep.
That’s where Konfiwear stepped in with something that wasn’t just future-ready — it was ready right now.

What We Showed: The Konfiwear Customizer in Action
We gave live demos every hour — short, focused, and real. No fluff, just functionality. Our Lead Developer Amine Modni walked visitors through advanced zone locking, layer logic, and instant file generation. One sportswear factory from Belgium brought their own AI files to test. Our system generated a full-color, ready-to-print layout in under 45 seconds.
That’s what the Konfiwear Customizer does best: take complexity and make it scalable.
- 3D garment previews rendered in real time
- Drag-and-drop interface with SVG, PDF, and EPS support
- Team Builder for batch name/number automation
- AR view straight from the product page
And the best part? Visitors weren’t just watching — they were building on their own devices in real time.
Moments That Defined Our FESPA
We captured a few standout moments on camera — and we’re turning them into a 3-grid visual to tell the human side of the story:

- Founder Yassine Ait Oufkir, meeting with longtime client Teamstoff, trading insights on scaling custom production.
- Amine Modni, deep in a demo session, solving AR tech questions in real time.
- Insaf Kortmani, guiding a B2B buyer through the full quote-to-delivery pipeline using the dashboard.
These moments defined our stand — a place not just to show software, but to solve real problems for real teams.
What Sportswear Manufacturers Took Away
If you walked into our stand wearing the usual hat of production manager, you likely walked out with a whole new mindset. One where:
- Customers can self-serve design personalization without a call
- You control every branding element with locked regions
- You scale bulk production without losing brand control
- Your team gets print-ready files instantly, instead of revising mockups
FESPA proved something we’ve always believed — sportswear needs better tooling, not just better fabrics.

Meet Us in Barcelona – FESPA 2026
FESPA Berlin was a milestone for us — our first major stand, our first demo cycle live on floor, and one of our busiest weeks ever. And we’re not stopping there.
You’ll find us next year at FESPA Barcelona 2026, bigger, bolder, and ready to push the boundaries of apparel customization even further.
We’re building something special — the question is, will you be part of it?
