Credits
What consumes credits (AI tools, print-file generation, library purchases), how to top up, and how to read the ledger.
Where to find it
Settings → Billing → Credits shows the balance, the monthly grant and the transaction ledger.

AI photoshoot and KonfiNest nesting also consume credits; the exact cost is shown in the confirmation step before you run them. Failed jobs are not charged.
Grants and top-ups
- Pro grants 50 credits per month, Enterprise 200; Starter has no grant. Grants do not roll over indefinitely — the ledger shows expiries.
- Top up from the Billing page: packages from 500 credits ($50) to 10,000 credits ($800, +25 % bonus). Paid by card through Stripe; credits are available immediately.
- Low-credit warning emails are sent before you run out (toggle in Emails → Preferences). The exhausted alert always sends.
Ledger
Every change is a line: type (grant, top-up, consumption, refund, adjustment, expiry), reason (e.g. ai_image_generation), amount and balance after. Export it from the page toolbar.
Common questions
Who can spend credits? Any member whose role gives access to the feature. Owners see the ledger; set AI features off in Settings → Features if you want to stop consumption.
A job failed but I was charged. Failed jobs are refunded automatically within a few minutes (type refund). If the refund is missing after an hour, send support the ledger line.
