| Method | Best for | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Default (Konfiwear sender) | Getting started | Nothing — replies go to your reply-to address |
| Custom domain | Deliverability and brand trust (noreply@yourbrand.com) | Access to your DNS provider |
| SMTP | Full control; existing provider (Gmail Workspace, SendGrid, Mailgun…) | SMTP host, port, username, password |
yourbrand.com or a subdomain like mail.yourbrand.com).noreply@…, orders@…).Gmail / Outlook personal accounts
Consumer Gmail and Outlook limit daily sends and often block SMTP from servers. Use a transactional provider or a Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 account with SMTP relay enabled.
Emails land in spam. Verify a custom domain (SPF + DKIM). Avoid changing the from name on every email, and keep {{share_link}} as a plain link.
Can I use a different reply-to than the from address? Yes — reply-to is set per flow (e.g. Save-for-later in Global settings) and defaults to the workspace contact email.
