Generate API Keys in WooCommerce
In your WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and create a new key with Read/Write access. Copy the two keys shown — you only see them once. Also make sure your WordPress permalinks are not set to Plain (any other setting works fine).
Paste Your Keys into Konfiwear
Open Settings → Integrations in Konfiwear and click Connect on the WooCommerce card. Enter your store address and the two API keys. Konfiwear verifies the connection immediately and sets up automatic order and product sync in the background.
Link Products and Add the Order Snippet
Match Konfiwear products to WooCommerce products from the product page in Konfiwear. Then copy the small code snippet from Settings → Integrations and add it to your WordPress site — this ensures design details are saved correctly when customers place orders.

Small Snippet to Preserve Order Details
WooCommerce needs a small helper snippet to make sure design details (preview images, product specs) are saved when a customer checks out. You copy it from Settings → Integrations once connected and add it to your WordPress site. Without it, orders still work — design details just won't appear in the order record.
Orders and Products Stay in Sync
New orders in WooCommerce automatically create quotes in Konfiwear with production files attached. Product changes in WooCommerce are picked up automatically. You can also push Konfiwear products to WooCommerce and keep both stores in step.
