Open Mockups↗Where to find it
Customizer → Mockups → New mockup.
Steps
- Click New mockup, give the session a name (client or project name works well) and create it. The Studio opens.
- In the Design tab of the left sidebar, pick a product from the product library. The 3D model loads in the canvas.
- Upload a base texture (PNG of the full UV sheet) or draw directly on the 2D canvas: add text, images and shapes with the layers panel.
- Switch between 2D and 3D with the toolbar toggle; 3D shows the result on the garment.
- Add more items with the + in the item tab bar (another product, another colorway). Each item saves when you switch tabs.
- Click Save. Every save creates a new version (v1, v2…) that your client can compare.
Tips
- The product's default fabric is applied automatically; change it per item if needed.
- Use Duplicate from the session card menu to start a variant without rebuilding.
- Sessions have a status (Draft, Shared, Changes requested, Approved) you can also set manually from the card menu.
Common questions
My texture appears misaligned on the model. The PNG must match the product's UV sheet (2048 × 2048 for Library garments). Export from the product's base Pattern image as a template.
Can a customer build a mockup themselves? No — customers use the storefront. Mockup Studio is the sales/design team's tool.
