Shopify
Create a custom Shopify app, connect it to Konfiwear, push or link products, and use the in-page cart.
Where to find it
Settings → Settings → Integrations → Shopify card. Requires Pro.
Before you start — create the app in Shopify
Shopify no longer allows legacy custom apps; you create one in the Shopify Dev Dashboard:
- Create an app and set the Admin API scopes listed on the Konfiwear card (products, orders, publications, webhooks).
- Add the Allowed redirection URL shown on the card (
https://konfiwear.com/api/integrations/shopify/oauth/callback). - Install the app on your store and copy the Client ID and Client Secret from the app's settings.
Connect
- Click Connect with Shopify and enter the store domain (
your-store.myshopify.com), Client ID, Client Secret and — optionally — a Storefront API token (Konfiwear creates one automatically if blank). - You are redirected to Shopify to approve, then back to Konfiwear. The card shows Connected and an initial sync runs.
Push or link products
On a Konfiwear product → Overview → Shopify mapping card: Push to Shopify creates a product and keeps it in sync when you edit the Konfiwear product; Link attaches an existing Shopify variant (no automatic sync). Status badges: synced, error (click Retry), orphaned (deleted on Shopify).
With CTA mode = Cart, new Konfiwear products are pushed automatically.
Cart & orders
The storefront adds the configured item to the Shopify cart via the Storefront API without leaving the page; a cart badge and a floating cart panel appear. Each Shopify order containing a Konfiwear line creates a quote with a Shopify badge and order link.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Fix |
|---|---|
| "Add to cart disabled" | No Storefront API token could be created — paste one in the connect dialog |
| OAuth error after approving | Redirect URL in the Shopify app does not match the one on the card exactly |
| "Store connected to another workspace" | Disconnect it there first; one store per workspace |
| Product shows orphaned | It was deleted on Shopify; Push again or Unlink |
