Share with clients
Send a secure link, control expiry, password and downloads, and work through approval and comments.
Where to find it
In the Studio status bar → Share, or from a session card → Share link.
What the client gets
A public page at /share/mockup/<token> with a 3D viewer, the item thumbnails, your brand logo, the version badge and a panel to Approve, Request changes or Comment. Clients can pin comments on the 3D model. No account is needed.
Steps
- Click Share.
- Set options:
- Email — sends the link directly and records the recipient.
- Expiry — date after which the page shows "Link expired".
- Password — optional; the client enters it once per browser.
- Allow download — lets the client download the rendered images.
- Copy the link or send the email.
Every time you save a new version, the link shows the latest version automatically. Clients and your team see the same comment thread; reply from the Comments tab in the Studio.

Approval and change requests send an email notification to the session owner.
Common questions
The client says the link is expired. Open the session → Share → set a later expiry. The same link works again.
Can I embed the viewer in my own site? Yes: append ?embed=true to the share URL and use it in an iframe. The embed is read-only.
View counts? The session card shows how many times the link was opened.
