Troubleshooting production files
Decision tree for failed or wrong print files: missing panel, wrong size, blurry graphic, blank names, wrong colors, cut line not detected.
Start from the symptom. Each fix names the screen to change and ends with regenerate — files never update themselves.
Generation fails
| Error / symptom | Cause | Fix |

| Canvas SVG not found | Manual quote or legacy session without a storefront canvas | Open in customizer → submit → Regenerate |
| No pattern for size … | The ordered size has no pattern SVG on the product | Products → Sizes → upload pattern → Regenerate |
| Zero targets | No ordered size matches a product size | Fix sizing on the quote (Sizing tab) or add the sizes to the product |
| Fails on one size only | That size's pattern has a different panel count / names | Products → Sizes → pre-flight banner → fix the SVG |
| Stuck in Processing | Service busy or a huge canvas | Wait; if > 10 min, Regenerate; contact support with the quote number |
Files are wrong

| Logo right on M, wrong on 3XL | Zone artwork grade is grade with garment | Graphics → Zones → Fixed cm → Regenerate |
| Logo blurry | Low-res upload (badge was red/amber) | Ask for a vector / larger PNG; replace via Open in customizer → Regenerate |
| Names / numbers blank | No roster role on the text zone or link group | Graphics → Zones / Link groups → set role → Regenerate |
| Text shows a fallback font | Font not installed on the machine opening the SVG | Install fonts from the ZIP (see card notice) or outline text locally |
| Colors shifted in the PDF | Wrong or missing ICC profile | Settings → Print → upload press ICC → re-nest |
| RIP ignores the cut line | Cut contour spot name differs from the RIP's expectation | Settings → Print → cut contour name → Regenerate |
| Panel missing in the nest | Panel thinner than 2 cm or smaller than 1 cm² is treated as a loop, or it was excluded in Prepare | Check the pattern; re-tick in KonfiNest Prepare |
| Nest fails "cannot place all" | Parts don't fit in Max sheets × sheet size | Raise max sheets / sheet size, allow rotations |
Still stuck
Send support the quote number, the job's manifest (View manifest → download) and the error text. Don't send the customer's contact data — we don't need it.
