Roles & permissions
What Owner, Staff, Developer, Designer and Production roles can see and change.
Where to find it
Settings → Settings → Roles shows the permission matrix. Roles are assigned per member in Settings → Members.
Roles

| Owner | Account owner | Everything: billing, members, roles and every module |
| Staff | Sales and office | Quotes, pipeline, customers, catalog upkeep, mockups, emails |
| Developer | Agency / IT | Integrations, storefront settings, API keys, custom domains |
| Designer | Creative team | Designs, patterns, graphics, fabrics, mockups |
| Production | Print floor | Production queue, print files, tech packs |
Roles are additive to viewing: every member can open the dashboard home and see read-only summaries; editing is limited to the modules above.
Common questions
A designer can't see quotes. Correct — Designer has no Leads access. Give them Staff if they need it.
Can I create a custom role? Not at the moment. Pick the closest role; contact support if a combination is blocking you.
Who can delete products? Owner, Staff and Designer (catalog roles). Production and Developer cannot.
