Konfiwear Academy — On-Demand Video Training

Konfiwear Academy is now live inside your workspace. Open Academy from team navigation to access structured video training — from your first product import to your first sale — without leaving the dashboard.
Four Structured Courses
The Academy is organized into four courses that follow the natural workflow in Konfiwear:
- Konfiwear Foundations — add your first product, configure sizes, and prepare 3D garments for the customizer
- Customization Assets — colors, palettes, fabrics, patterns, positions, and product categories
- Designs, Zones & Mockups — artwork workflows, print zones, and mockup studio integration
- Sell & Storefront — Shopify integration, buyer experience, tiered pricing, and quote revisions
Each course is broken into modules and short, task-focused lessons. New content publishes through the admin CMS and appears in your account automatically.
Lesson Experience
Every lesson is a real screen recording with professional video streaming:
- Chapter markers — jump to specific sections within a lesson via the Chapters tab
- Searchable transcripts — find keywords across lesson content without scrubbing the timeline
- Downloadable resources — supplementary files attached per lesson in the Resources tab
- Previous / Next navigation — move through a course in order or jump to any published lesson
- Up next overlay — auto-advance countdown when a lesson finishes, with cancel and replay options
- Resume hero — pick up exactly where you left off from the Academy home page
Progress Tracking
Your team's learning progress persists across sessions:
- Per-lesson completion tracked automatically
- Course-level progress rings and completion badges on course cards
- Dashboard stat showing lessons completed across all courses
- "Continue learning" shortcuts to your most recent in-progress lesson
Access Model
Academy is included with an active Konfiwear subscription — no separate purchase or install required.
- Full access — accounts with an active or trialing subscription can watch all published lessons
- Preview lessons — selected lessons flagged as previews remain watchable without a subscription, so prospects can sample the library before upgrading
- Team inheritance — team members inherit access from the account owner's subscription automatically
Admin Tooling
Super admins manage the Academy library from the admin dashboard:
- Create and edit courses, modules, and lessons
- Upload videos with automatic processing and streaming optimization
- Edit chapter markers and attach downloadable resources per lesson
- Review engagement metrics in the admin engagement panel
