The flow
- Choose a product — category grid (your categories) or a direct product link. A product switcher lets them change garment later without losing graphics.
- Design — pick a design from the picker (order = your sort order; first = product default).
- Colors — recolor each zone of the design from your color list; palettes and search if enabled. Tintable brand logos get their own tab.
- Fabric — if more than one fabric is available for the product.
- Graphics — zone cards grouped by side (front/back/…). Upload, pick from the library, or type text. Freeform upload if allowed. A DPI badge (green ≥ 150, amber 72–149, red < 72) warns on low-resolution raster files. Action bar: scale, rotate, layer up/down, lock, replace, and — if enabled — remove background, vectorize, upscale.
- Text & roster — link group inputs (name, number) and, for team orders, a roster table with one row per player and size.
- Options — sizes and quantities; the estimated price updates live from product tiers + surcharges.
- Call to action — Request quote / Add to cart / Save design depending on your CTA mode. Quote submission asks for contact details and optional terms acceptance.
- Confirmation — the customer sees a success message and, with notifications enabled, receives an email with a link to review the quote. You get the quote in Leads → Quotes.
The customer's session is saved in their browser, so closing the tab and coming back keeps their work. Share / Save for later creates a link they can send or reopen on another device.
2D / 3D
The toolbar toggles between the 3D garment and the flat 2D canvas (the print sheet). AR preview (view the garment in your room) is available on supported phones via the AR button.
Common questions
Prices are not shown. Price summary is off in CTA settings, or the product has no tier covering the quantity.
The customer could not submit — "uploads pending". A graphic was still uploading or failed. They should wait for the thumbnail to finish or remove the graphic and re-upload.
