Sort order and bulk actions (Designs)
Control the order designs appear in the storefront picker, bulk edit, and delete many designs at once.
Where to find it
Customizer → Designs → toolbar → Sort order or Bulk edit; row checkboxes for bulk delete.
What it does
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Sort order | Drag-and-drop grid. The order is used in the storefront design picker and decides which design loads when no default is set. |
| Bulk edit | Grid to change name, type, price and status for many designs, then Save all |
| Delete selected | Soft-deletes the selected designs; quotes keep their snapshot |
| Filters | Search by name; filter by status and by product (shows designs whose rule includes that product) |
Common questions
I reordered but the storefront still shows the old order. Click Save order after dragging; the grid does not auto-save. Then allow a minute for the cache.
Bulk delete removed a design by mistake. Deleted designs are kept in the database. Contact support with the design name and we can restore it.
