Each template has a subject, a body (rich text with your logo and primary color applied automatically) and a Preview that renders with sample data. Click Reset to default to discard your edits.

A variable that has no value for a given email is replaced by an empty string; the preview highlights variables that are missing in the sample data.
Keep the link variables
If you remove {{share_link}} from Design saved or Mockup shared, the recipient has no way to open what you sent them. The editor warns before saving.
Can I send in Spanish? Templates are per workspace, in the language you write them. For multilingual customers, write a bilingual body.
Where do I change the sender address? Sending domain & SMTP.
The logo in the email is wrong. It is the organization logo — change it in Profile & appearance.
