Sidebar → Customizer → Products. The page has two views at the top: My Products (your catalog) and Library (ready-made garments you can add).
Creating a product adds a row to your catalog. Nothing is visible to customers until the product is enabled, has a 3D model, and sits in at least one category. The product is the anchor for designs, fabrics, patterns and print zones — they all point at it.

I added a product but it is not in the storefront. Check, in this order: the product is Enabled (Overview tab); it has a GLB model; it is assigned to an enabled category (Category tab); and the account's customizer is enabled in Settings → Features.
Can I change the product code later? Yes, from the Product Info card on the Overview tab. Existing quotes keep the code they were created with.
Can I duplicate a product? Use the row menu → Duplicate. Assets and pricing are copied; category and print-zone assignments must be redone.
