30-minute setup checklist

Do these in order. Each line links to the article that explains the screen.

1. Foundations (10 min)

• [ ] Currency, units & VAT — one currency per workspace; VAT mode. Currency, units & VAT
• [ ] Categories — the tree your customers browse. Categories
• [ ] Colors — your real palette with Pantone/CMYK for production. Colors
• [ ] Fonts — Google or licensed fonts for names and numbers. Fonts
• [ ] Sizes — size groups you sell. Sizes

2. Catalog (10 min)

• [ ] Each product: enabled, GLB, thumbnail, category, pricing tiers, sizes. Products
• [ ] Print zones on products or categories (chest logo, back number) with physical size in cm. Print Zones tab
• [ ] Designs uploaded or picked from the Library; product rule and default design set. Designs
• [ ] Fabrics with a default. Fabrics

3. Storefront & sales (5 min)

• [ ] Call to action — Quote, Cart or Save/API; placement and price summary. Global settings
• [ ] Theme & layout (Settings → Global) — theme, primary color, layout; Konfiwear branding off if your plan allows. Profile & appearance
• [ ] Email templates and sending domain. Templates · Sending settings
• [ ] Notifications — who gets new-quote emails. Notifications & preferences
• [ ] Embed the storefront on your site or connect your shop. Storefront URL and embedding · Integrations

4. Team & production (5 min)

• [ ] Invite members with the right roles. Invite members
• [ ] Print settings — ICC profile, cut contour name, filename pattern. Print settings
• [ ] For size-specific print files: Multi-size export on, pattern + measurements per size. Multi-size export

5. Test it like a customer

• [ ] Open /c/<your-slug>, design a product, upload a logo, request a quote.
• [ ] Check the quote arrived in Leads → Quotes and the email in Emails → Logs.
• [ ] Generate print files on that quote and open the ZIP.
