Stages and board
Read the pipeline board, move quotes between stages by dragging, and choose which columns are shown.

What it does
One column per quote status: Received, Quoted, Approved, Confirmed, In production, Completed (Cancelled is hidden by default). Each card shows the quote number, company or contact, quantity, a preview thumbnail and the creation date. Click a card to open the quote.
Steps
- Move a quote: drag its card to another column. The status changes immediately, is written to the quote's History, and triggers the customer email for that status if enabled. Dropping a card on Cancelled asks for confirmation — cancellation is final.
- Choose columns: click Columns (settings icon) and tick the stages you want visible, e.g. hide Completed to keep the board short. The choice is saved per browser.
- Search / filter: use the search box to filter cards by quote number, contact or company.
Common questions
A card doesn't move / snaps back. The target status is not allowed (nothing can leave Cancelled), or your role can't change statuses. Check the toast message.
The board is slow with hundreds of quotes. Hide Completed and Cancelled columns; the list view with filters is better for history.
