Invoices & payment
Download invoices, update the card, change billing details and VAT number.
Where to find it
Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens the secure Stripe billing portal.
In the portal
- Invoices — download PDF invoices for subscriptions and credit top-ups.
- Payment method — add or replace a card.
- Billing details — company name, address and VAT / tax ID. Set the VAT ID before the next invoice if you need it on the document; past invoices are not reissued.
- Cancel — cancels at the end of the current period; the workspace moves to read-only after that.
Common questions
The invoice is in USD but I pay in EUR. EUR pricing is available for Spanish/EU customers; contact support to switch the subscription currency — it takes effect on the next renewal.
Card declined — will my storefront go down? Stripe retries for several days and emails the owner. The storefront stays live during the retry window.
